Trelleborg

I had a very sore back last night. It kept me awake and I have eaten way too many pain killers.

I rang the chiropractor at 8 am and got an appointment for 2 pm.

I went to work for some hours and then drove to Slagelse for my appointment. I got my back sorted - it is still sore, but in a different way. I hope I feel a lot better tomorrow.

I took the boys for a walk at the old viking fortress Trelleborg and I plan to spend the rest of my day resting my back. 

Oh I did buy 15 kilos of training treats at a special price today. I use an insane amount of treats for training, so it great to get  them a little cheaper.
