box of carrots

farmer's market day again. I saw this box of carrots behind the market stand, having recently been unloaded from a truck by one of the larger farms. It was sourrounded by other boxes and partially covered by a tent, with a good bit of indiret light streaming in from the top and side. The orange carrots seemed to catch the light and pop, while much else was in shadows. I didn't buy any carrots, but I liked this little scene.
