New Beginnings

I have spent the last week visiting my parents in Surrey, and have had a wonderful time. The days have flown by and I can't believe I'm on the train home already.

After 33 years in their house mum and dad are downsizing and moving next month, so I had the opportunity to say goodbye to the house I grew up in. This picture is of their garden, I know mum won't miss all the weeding!

My trip also gave me some much needed time to reflect on recent events. 2 weeks ago I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and was finding it hard to accept. However, I have decided to use this as an opportunity to stop putting off doing things, so watch this space!
