Hanoi is a Blipper's paradise.

Heading down to Halong Bay in the morning, and then back here at the end of the week.

This is my third visit to this city, the last time being 2009. Can't believe how the place has moved on. Definite signs of increased wealth and improvements in infrastructure. Even seems slightly less polluted ... this maybe just wishful thinking on my part.
