Argument, Belgrade

Argument - the bar you go to when no-one can decide which bar to go to. There are plenty of great boat bars on the shores of the Sava and the Danube in Belgrade, often with their own style of music. There's ones that just do reggae, punk, indie, jazz or - god forbid - dance and rap. Jarvises detest all forms of dance music.
