Young Moon and first star over convent

What a fantastic bonus for the day end, although not quite the end - I took this picture at about 7pm. But started chasing this Moon at 6:15 or so when switch on the car to heat it up a bit before driving home. I took a few shots at the parking lot, then stopped a couple of times on the road and then finally arrived to this stop by the Novodevichiy (New Virgin) Convent. In moments like this I feel I must carry proper camera and tripod handy, but on the other hand - feel so lucky that today's phones are so capable.

Like yesterday, this is one of my favourite spots in Moscow and it's almost in my part of town - feel real lucky about that.

Yong Moon Over Convent - could be title for a song, must think about that, maybe ask Sting..... there are city lights as well, and shadows of two strangwrs - great for a mix.
