Heart Attack . . .

. . . or similar . . .

MonoMonday MM158 – Street Photography, shooting from the hip – and just to prove that I was shooting from the hip I got photo-bombed just as I pressed the button.

The poor gentleman stepped around the corner of the building I was leaning on precisely at the wrong, or right moment depending on your point of view.  Mine was at navel height.

He was so surprised that it took some time to recover.  We both apologised and it turned out he was a fellow photographer and had often photographed the same scene on numerous occasions.  I remarked that such surprises do not do the heart to much good.  He said his heart was fine but at his age surprises can cause other problems.  It seems that we had something else in common . . .

I just had to make this the main blip, the intended shot is at extra.  The view is looking at St Andrews Church and the end of  Springwells in Billingborough, scenes I have often shot before but not from this angle (or height).  (Note to self – get those ‘tags’ up-to-date . . .)

Many thanks to   Marlieske   for making MonoMonday so interesting.  I believe that  KangaZu   will be taking over for February.
