Rainy Day

Who stands in the rain taking photos of a rain drenched garden? that would be me, the blue skies have gone and have been replaced by grey, the ground however has changed from a dull green of the grass, brown leaves on the bushes, flower heads drooping with the heat of the sun, suddenly the whole garden is lifted to vibrant shades of green the flowers are lifting their heads to catch every drop of rain, very unusual in our corner of the world to have this respite two days in a row, more rain is forecast for tomorrow morning but will be gone by lunchtime, then the blue skies will be back the temps will creep up from 20c to 39c by Wednesday, we are enjoying this respite while we can.
We have been planning our trip for the South West, all being well we will head off this Thursday, open roads here we come.
