Red-bellied Woodpecker

A very handsome fellow ~ and you can tell it's a fellow because the red on his head is continuous from his beak all the way to the nape of his neck ~ showing the red belly for which they are named (much to most people's initial confusion because you don't often get a really good view of the red belly and people say "but its head is red, not its belly!).
