Yummy Things Day

Today was all about delicious food! First, mum came home from the grocery store with a bag smelling distinctly of shellfish, shrimps to be more specific. A whole bag of them! We ate them for dinner with sourdough bread and cheese. Awesome!

Then she went downtown to get a present for my cousin A, and came home with a semla! From a new bakery! It looked absolutely wonderful, but mum only gave it 2.7 out of five in our semla test. I would have given it higher marks, but mum said the bun was a bit too heavy and there was a seed mix inside instead of marzipan.
