A Walk In The Park

With Chris, Kate & Joel coming for Sunday lunch, the morning was spent shopping and cooking. Sophie insisted that we have the cake she helped make yesterday for pudding - and very tasty it was too!

When they'd all gone home, including Sophie, Tess and I felt the need for a walk, despite the fact that it was tipping down with rain.

These trees in the park needed a bit of mono post-processing to capture the overwhelming greyness of the afternoon. Apart from us, two hardy joggers and a couple of down-hearted dog walkers, there was nobody about.
