A CAT ON ICE

Intensily looking at her own shadow, or perhaps at a fish moving.
We watched for quite a long time, the cat did not give up. The ice was not very thick, but the cat did not mind, she seemed so light, moving carefully.
The day had started a bit grey, but the sun shone in the afternoon, between light clouds.
We drove to Mittelberg, and walked around the big hill, enjoying the fresh air. An easy walk on a nice path, with large fields om both sides. When we came to the Diemel river we saw ice in the water, along the sides there were amazing formations. The cat however we saw in the canal which once was build near the river. Along the canal there are kitchen gardens, in summer a lovely sight, in winter they still look great and very well cared for.
In the extra I show the path when we reached the houses again.
