Walking

Beautiful sunny day and a gorgeous walk over the Meadows to Pilates at the gym. A new routine so tricky to learn and aching afterwards...all good!
Breakfast at Loudon's afterwards then home to do prep for the week. Facetimed the little family...lovely to see AR walking so much. This pout is her facial expression of choice at the moment... very funny
Made a nice leek and nut flan and a big bowl of red cabbage for dinner. It's been a very quiet weekend, but just what I needed (I've avoided the news to retain my equanimity)
