Sawdust Sunday Again

As the afternoon sauntered toward evening, we decided to take a drive to Laguna Beach to the Sawdust Art Festival in Laguna Beach. Next Sunday, September 2nd, will be the final day of the Festival this summer, so we wanted to get there before next weekend with the holiday crowds.

We really like the fabulous music as much as the art. This evening"The Girls" were playing again. The air was considerably cooler than at home. We had a delicious dinner in the outdoor open cafe, so it was quite refreshing.

I had spent the afternoon doing prep for school. My classes begin this Tuesday and Thursday. I think I'm ready.

P.S. The pups -- Chloe, Mitzi, and Max -- wanted me to tell everyone that they got to ride along to the Sawdust Festival. They love "going" where we are going. They are not allowed inside of the festival grounds, but they all took a long nap in the cool air in the backseat of the car.
