Abandoned ship

This ship Blue White Eagle has been a nightmare for city of Lappeenranta. It is abandoned in the dock of Rauha since 2011. Owner of the ship doesn't have the money to move it and the city can't do anything for it. So there she is, abandoned, rusted, and clearly best days behind her. Hope they find a solution for the ship. I know that the owner has tried to sell it but so far nothing  has changed.
