Ouchy

Painful day but I walked 7 miles, ate omelette and chips and then drank at the local brewery where the staff went to great lengths to find a table and chairs for us plus the owner came to show us how to operate the LED lights that illuminate the brewing chambers!

Got a tens type machine on me right now (just bought one on eBay) but MrH told me just now that he already has one. It's on and I feel very grateful and better for it. Having lost three hours sleep last night this is a gift!

I'm told it seems to be very effective as it's "quit my whinging". Agreed it's better than I was a couple of hours ago!
