Cornflowers

Cornflowers from the garden that I pressed in the summer - discovered in the pages of a cookery book! 

A day at the allotment, Andy replaced ten rotten fence poles.  Tonight I have ordered some new wire stock fencing to put up with the poles to keep the deer out.  Good to be outside in the fresh air.   Baked potatoes for dinner and apple pie constructed for Dad's visit tomorrow.
