Jade Emperor Pagoda
Today is Tet (Lunar New Year's Day) in Vietnam. It's a public holiday and it seems that half of HCMC were at the Jade Emperor Pagoda today to pray!
An exciting time to visit.
Unfortunately it is hard to find a restaurant open for dinner.
