Formal formal

Caius holds a formal dinner every night unlike most other colleges. It is fairly basic (three courses, wear whatever you want) apart from the fact that you have to wear your gown.

However, there is then a problem of what to call their fancier meals (lounge suit, 4 to 5 courses) which all other halls refer to as their formals. Caius therefore (I'm sure after a lot of thought) came up with formal formals.

I went to a formal formal tonight and it was very nice. I even managed to get a change from my usual apple for dessert (dairy free is difficult)!
