Up & about early this morning, delivering a few more leaflets (for my slimming world groups)

Then, the afternoon was spent over on the Suffolk coast, at aldeburgh - a lovely afternoon spent with J & Ty, mum & dad, and my aunty, cousin & grandma who are down this end of the country for a little while.

Ty & Milly walked along the pebble beach, throwing the odd one in the sea.

Lovely way to spend an afternoon!
