'Aggro'

When you work full time you are fortunate if, as I do, you go into a different set of circumstances each day.
Lately virtually all of our workload has come from the same section and when you sit back and take a look at things you begin to appreciate that a large proportion, most in fact, of the organisations problems stem from the same section.
Poorly led, poorly organised, obstructive, intransigent and disruptive just a few of the more polite descriptions but now it's time to hit back - through the channels though.
Elsewhere it's Tuesday, our quiet day, Clare enjoyed a day off, catching up with the laundry.
