Defying The Technical Problems

SWMBO wasn't feeling too great first thing so she stayed in bed while I went to see to the monsters.
When I got there I was told by Bags that she had sent a message saying that we were not needed today as hubs had taken a days holiday to go to The Cygnets school assembly.

We weren't getting PD either 

I could have had a long lie!

We joined them at the school and had fun at the expense of the headmistress. Every time she touches the sound or projection equipment it goes wrong. She should just leave it up the the kids ..... they know what they are doing.

In the afternoon we headed in to she the usual suspect in hospital.
It turns out that her gall bladder basically fell apart with the infection.
She has absolutely no recollection of out two phone calls at the beginning of the week. Morphine is wonderful stuff.

SWMBO was due to go out to friends this evening but the cold has got to her so she is giving it a miss - which is a shame, she could do with a night out with the girls.
