A Castle in the Garden

A trip to Sherrif Hutton today. Quick shot of the castle which is in private ownership so can only be seen from the perimeter path. I peeped over the wall of some holiday cottages to get this shot. It was both cold and misty and not conducive to hanging about. Difficult to imagine it in its Tudor splendour having been built by the Neville family.

Home for lunch and a local dog walk. Have a great weekend.....that said the weather forecast is not brilliant!
