Slugs and Snails

That's what little boys are made of.

My little boy (also made of the above items) is 15 today. Where did that go then? Fifteen years ago today, he was in the special care baby unit. Everyone worried sick about him. Jaundiced, no blood sugar level and needing to be tube fed and wired to every monitor going. It seems like only yesterday. I look at him now and I'm almost shocked. He's now clever, good looking and very tall, with the ability to make me laugh and cry within the same five minutes. Some things never change.

No photo of him, he's far too cool for that. So snails it is. They don't get a choice.
