A very lucky escape...

.. for this little Chaffinch after flying into the window at quite some force!  It spent a few minutes coming round in the safety and warmth of my woolly hat before eventually flying off.

Three beautiful things:

The dogs again keeping me company whilst I try to rest and beat this virus.

Watching 'Its a Wonderful Life' - yes I know Christmas is over - tell Film 4 that.

Going through the Greenland Summer trip photos and videos.

One thing to be grateful for:
Only 2 meetings tomorrow - then the weekend again.  Still feeling rather rough and sorry for myself.  Definitely not kept up my 10,000 daily steps over the last few days.
