In spite of the sunshine there was still some frost on the beach at Fisherrow this afternoon but some kind people had ensured that the two fishermen were warm with their knitted hats, scarves and shoulder warmers.   The two stone fishermen look out towards the harbour and were carved in 2014 by Gardner Molloy to commemorate the heritage and culture of the local fishing community.  They are actually there as traffic bollards to protect the promenade.
