St. Helens town hall.

I thought the ayuntamientos in the towns of Menorca rather grand, but the town hall in St. Helens is rather special. What was I doing there? Having preventive maintenance on my hair at a salon recommended by #1D, and afterwards wandering around the town totally lost (and freezing cold). I used to go there quite often when we lived in Huyton, but that was 30 years ago and the place has changed drastically. Except of course, for the town hall. I'd say it's good to be back, but can't get beyond the gloomy cold weather and feeling mentally exhausted after yesterday.
