Promoted to glory

My mum died this morning. It wasn't unexpected, she has been in poor health for some time, and the usually trite cliche about it "being a relief" is apposite. That doesn't deal with the sense of loss though.

I've turned comments off for now while I get stuff sorted - I'm sure you'll understand.
