Sheep in the Mist

No gorillas were available:-)

An early start this morning and a drive through the misty countryside to another hospital for TJ's appointment with an ENT consultant regarding an annoying cough he's had for a while.  It's been diagnosed as Silent Reflux, which seems to be a very fashionable ailment at the moment, as we know of several friends who have also been given this diagnosis!

He has been advised to eat a low fat diet (agony for a man who loves cheese and butter!), avoid fried foods (which he rarely eats anyway) and forego coffee and orange juice.  He's not convinced, but will give it a try for a few months to see if it helps:-)  He has to be careful NOT to lose weight, as he's very slim anyway.  It doesn't make finding meals to suit us both very easy!

The sun did come out for a while later, but it didn't quite manage to burn away all the mist over the hills.
