Busy day doing nothing much today. It started fairly grey but the clouds were soon burnt away, unlike a couple of days last week when the hotel was obscured by mist from the beach club.

At dinner tonight Carys and William wer given a present each by the waitress they made friends with last year. She gave then Hello Kitty Chuppa chups last years, but these were real presents. Carys now has a newborn baby boy doll and William a car that makes all sorts of noises. Carys's face was a picture and the doll baby went everywhere. She started that "I am too happy with my present to eat food." But was persuaded to finally.

A nice surprise for Mummy and Daddy was that the Maitre De sent us a bottle of fizz on the house, why I have no idea other than the fact that my children (Carys in particular) have charmed his staff and made him smile.
