Digger day

Work starts out the back of the Ulverston house to put in a presumably temporary road so that they can get equipment in to dig out under the railway bridge. This is to improve flood defences and the water will run into this field and out through a stream at the bottom of it. A bund is going to be erected around the field and I'm not sure how that will look from the garden. A little bit concerned!
