Great Blue Heron

Grey skies for most of the day, but just at sunset they parted allowing a bit of blue to show through.
We were walking along the wetlands bike path at the time watching a Great Blue Heron collect its dinner.
Such a fine way to close the day.
2000 blips created since joining Blipfoto... the transition from my very busy professional life to full on retirement, and so very much more, captured and shared with a new cohort of photography friends.
