Braised blade of beef......

......for supper tonight. Lovely Cousin J, Bro-in-Law M & us for supper. The new cut of meat & over 3 hours of cooking was delicious. Gin to start, then great red wine & now port & coffee. Really will have time to comment tomorrow!!
