Sunrise

Just a shot from the front garden as I went on my way to physio this morning.  As well as my knee problems the physio advised me this morning that I had also damaged the ligaments in my hip so all in all I am a bit of a wreck and will definitely not skate or coach again this season. I guess at least the sun is slowly showing her face again
