Magic Lantern

Gardening at the Hall this morning.  It was really satisfying to work in a team cutting back and tidying a large shrub border and a grass border. Lots of spring bulbs, including snowdrops, were just showing through as the debris was removed.   We had coffee and parkin at break and shared lots of ideas for planting in the spring.

I took this shot later at home as I was enjoying the shadows created by the setting sun.   Magic? If you look closely you'll see lots of little owls.
