Wheat and the White Horse

This morning I did an Aquathon ... 750m open water swim followed by a 5km run. It rained while I swam but stopped while i was out on the run. Felt good during the run, so am hoping for a good result on Sunday at my last tri of the year.

This afternoon popped to see C and the new fire, its lovely!!!

Whilst in the home of the horse I couldn't resist a Blip.

Think a glass of cider might be in order, cheers! :)
