Blink, You Lose

Busy day sorting out the finances in the workhouse. Busy with the kids also. Busy with the staff favours too.
Went for a run before my slow cooked stew and clocked in a decent 4.5 mile run. Officially below the 8 minute mile mark now. Another run tomorrow to make sure tonight was no fluke. Still some way to go to reach 10~12 miles.
Tuttle Jnr let Micky out of the cage tonight. Makes a change from the iPad/phone/WiiU. To be fair Tuttle Jnr spent most of the evening doing is homework.
