Mellow Yellow

I'm going long on TUR-MER-IC* right now.  OD'ing on fish oil too.   Soon my insides will look like a smoked haddock. 

* this is one of several (many?)things that makes me screech at the TV ... Many, if not most, Masterchef  contestants, pronounce it (and maybe John Torode himself is guilty) as CHOO-MER-IC.    Pet hate #5478
