Drive by\fly by!

I was waiting to get a shot of the bus going by.... but I missed it!


I also missed a photo opportunity of what I'm sure was a Mealy Redpoll. I stood and watched this little bird trying to take in as much as I could of its markings and size and I'm sure that's what it was.

Very small, about wren size with short tail feathers like a wren, (that's what I thought it was at first) but it had a little bright red strip on its head. I'm going back to that spot tomorrow....you never know!
