And finally! Yes the home brew is finally ready. It's only a month late! I put the barrel in the shed, but the cold weather stopped the brew in its tracks. We managed to get a few pints of ultra cold slightly cloudy bitter over Christmas, but it wasn't great. Now it's spot on - a bitter alright! Shame it wasn't ready for the festive season, but I guess that means I'll have to finish it myself. Shame.
