The Trees Have Eyes

......Do you ever get the feeling you are being watched?..........I did.....but I didn't spot him for ages  ;-))

I have done as little a possible today, as I feel like I've been hit by a bus........it's an M.E. flare up ( just what I didn't want to happen) ......it's always a delayed response and I did really push my limits so I shouldn't be too surprised really :-(.......I haven't had a flare up for ages because I've learned my limits and I stick within them but I had no choice this time, so I will just have to hope it's not going to be too bad.
It feels like the beginning of flu, where you are hot and cold and ache all over with a headache......and really really tired.
I looked longingly at the sunshine and blue sky outside and did stroll slowly round the garden ( where I eventually spotted Tufty)....but I'm being sensible and doing the only thing I know works for me.......rest, rest and more rest.....followed by gradual exercise to get back to normal..........it's very annoying but hopefully I'll nip it in the bud  :-)
