Unfinished work

A wooden green man that MrM started carving at least a decade ago. I rather like it as it is - has a rather nice 'rustic' quality.

Another day of enforced inactivity, though I did venture out of the flat for the first time since last Wednesday. Not far, but it was good to get out, if only for a short while. Had a laugh with the lady in the chemist whilst trying out blemish concealers - thought I'd try and make the huge large black bruise at the top of my nose look a little less obvious. But we decided that 'naked' black bruise looked better (and much less noticeable) than one covered in concealer that's clearly inadequate for the task!

Brain seems to have turned to mush today - insurance paperwork to complete, and I just can't get my head around it, as they say. Will just have to wait until tomorrow...
