On Happiness
Went to the bookstore originally to grab a copy of Scout, a free magazine. Saw this, read the blurb at the back and was instantly hooked. Already read a few pages during the commute. Here's a snippet of a conversation I had with B about it:
P: The author claims there is an entire philosophy and psychology behind architecture and that there is an indelible connection between our identities and locations. Maybe this is the reason why I always feel down. I pass by homeless persons every day...
B: You should be feeling lucky and happy because you are not homeless.
