Nob Hill

This is Nob Hill.  An artsy section of Albuquerque that is receiving a major rapid transit street make-over.  A very modern bus system will travel the middle of the street giving riders easy access to the many colorful shops.  

The problem is that traffic is at a standstill, and nobody goes to Nob Hill during this traffic mess...and nobody visits the shops.  Progress?
