Skimming Stones

Back-blipped on Tuesday 24th Jan
We had a mooch about in the morning, but were too excited to do much we were expecting our family to arrive in the afternoon.
On Saturday they flew from Taiwan to Singapore where they spent the night with friends, and then on to Thailand this morning. I had emailed them a copy of the boat timetable and a photo of the kiosk to get the taxi to the boat pier. We waited at our bungalow as we weren't sure which boat they might come on. Sure enough, a truck pulled up about a quarter to four, and there were 4 little happy smiley faces. (Six if you counted us too.)
In the evening we went for a walk along the beach just around the corner, where we searched for shells and skimmed stones, before enjoying a super Thai meal and then collapsing into bed. Tired but happy with our family once more.
