Astronomer...

...could only practice in the house tonight as it was a bit overcast. His birthday present from Mum and Dad for his 9th Birthday. His siblings got him a book on space and astronomy...so he's all set. All set with lots of other lovely gifts too and money and gift cards. A lucky boy indeed.

And despite it being a school day I think he still had fun. He wasn't looking forward to a birthday on a school day. His class sang 'Happy Birthday' to him and 'For he's a jolly good fellow '

Then another Birthday tea and more cake tonight. He made a wee speech at the dinner table thanking us all and expressing his gratitude. Wee love.

We are very grateful for our wee fella.
