She's here!

My little retro trailer, l'Haute Flasche, has arrived! We signed about a hundred papers to get her released from the Amish builders in Indiana. Patterned after a turquoise & white 1958 Canned Ham, she is retro inside and out with tucked and rolled dinette seating, dog-bone formica counters and black & white checkered flooring. Hidden is an entertainment unit with TV cabling, CD/DVD. 6 speaker stereo, air conditioner, big heater, huge refrigerator, microwave, gas stovetop, queen memory-foam bed, toilet/shower room and whitewall tires with baby moon hubcaps. How cool is that! Plenty of room for flamingos and an electric palm tree.  It came with the most hideous bedspread.....ack! GR's flamingo will be the first to nest beside her travel journals. The ultimate in glamping!

Alas, the Flasche will be nestled in with a flock of owner-stored trailers as she is winterized until it's spring....just 2 more months! At least I can go see her and stash all the new goodies bought for the inaugural flight.
