Rank Holiday Monday!

Yes, you read that correctly...Rank Holiday Monday.What a day! Miserable , wet and downright gloomy.

Thankfully Ali and Euan joined John, Andy and I for lunch. They certainly brightened us up . We had homemade soup and crusty bread and rhubarb crumble for lunch. Comfort food...just what you need on a day like this.
Euan had all the toys out but loved playing with the fridge magnets which are now lower down on the freezer to enable him to stick them on and lift off. We also measured him against the edge of the kitchen door and marked it so he now joins his Mum, Uncle Andy and Auntie Fifi there for posterity!

Hopefully , Rona will get a walk later when and if the rain goes off. For the moment she is quite happy snoozing beside me here.
