They're Still At It

I chose to have a quiet day today after all my exercise yesterday, so I had to rely on my feathered friends for a blip :-)
Firstly I didn't want to wake up this morning, then I had to be very firm with myself to get up and use my aching muscles.....but I did and I loosened up a bit, however I think I might wait a day or two before walking any distance as I'm still rather weary ( I daren't push myself too hard as I don't want an M.E. flare up).......fortunately I don't need to go out anywhere until Wednesday :-)
