Grey day

It has been a grey day today.

The boys have had two good walks in the woods. I was tempted to make one of them a training session, but the boys have had some rather long and intense sessions these last 3 days and their bodies and brains need time to recover between training sessions otherwise they won't benefit enough from the training. In the long run too much training can be worse than too little training, so I resisted the temptation and we went for another walk instead.

And to be honest it was lovely to spend time together without having to do much except enjoy each other's company.
